The room was clean and as expected.
Somebody stole chocolate bars from my room on September 27, 2024. The chocolate was a present for my family. It's not about the chocolate. It's about feeling safe and trusting the hotel. I lost that feeling here. It is not OK when somebody steals from your room during your stay.

the staff resolved issues quickly going the extra mile for everyone. the leader david shone like a diamond. we felt at home during our week-long stay with comfy beds and views. it was easy to reach the city center using convenient buses.
the bathroom could have been cleaner for my expectations. it did not meet my standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
